Does anyone know how to edit the theme so when I click on the email button at the top of the screen it allows them to enter an email address to receive feed from?

Concerning the issue with tabs.js missing from the distribution file, the source can be found at:
http://designdisease.com/testrun/wp-content/themes/evidens-white/javascript/tabs.js

I am not sure what it does to the theme, I have disabled it from header.php, and everything seems fine.
